Dance/emotional Therapy
Dance/emotional Therapy is a powerful tool for self-expression and emotional healing, supporting physical activity and mental health. The technique used is the free expression of emotions through dances, authentic movements, breathing, exercises and stretching.
Using movement as a connection between the conscious and the unconscious, dance therapy gives us the opportunity to bring deeply forgotten emotions to the surface. The goal is to explore ourselves with a guide – our body and emotions.

The Dance/emotional Therapy classes are a social enjoyment and a great form of exercise. Whatever your age or ability, anyone can do dance therapy. Find a dance therapy studio at the area you’re interested in and explore how you could develop with the DTRDA.
