First level – 1️⃣ Foundation Level
In the “Dance/emotional therapy” educational program, students will have the opportunity to first familiarize themselves with the historical data and concepts of dance therapy during human civilization from ancient times to the present day, to be informed about the methods of the two representative schools of dance therapy that are applied today, their principles and differences.
Dance/emotional therapy is based on physical and psychological processes that connect the body, senses, mind and soul, approaches the treatment, where mental factors influence the physical state and vice versa.
The educational program includes courses like:
1. Introduction of Dance Therapy
2. History of Dance Therapy
3. Cases of applied knowledge and therapeutic elements of different type
4. Relationship with psychology
5. Relationship with art
6. Authentic movement
and many more.
2️⃣ Practitioner Level
- Applicability of Dance Therapy in working with children
- Mandala Exercises for cultivating Chi energy
- Mudras and many more.
3️⃣ Advanced Level

Upon completion of the professional
program, trainees will be able to:
– To practice Dance/Emotional Therapy, both on a therapeutic and professional level.
– To professionally train their students and organize exams with examiners from the “Dance Therapy Research and Development Association”.
– To promote their personal development, physical intelligence and self-awareness.
– Use new dance therapy skills such as movement analysis, authentic movement, symbols and archetypes to facilitate therapeutic/educational intervention and interaction at individual and group.
– To professionally train their students and organize exams with examiners from the “Dance Therapy Research and Development Association”.
Examination/Assessment
Mandatory:
• Presentation – written work of 1500 words on a selected topic from the study material
• Practical exercises and techniques
• Test with a combination of closed and open type questions.
Recommended
Participation in a Conference as a lecturer.
